September 26, 2009 National Night Out: 800 East Main Street Thurmont, MD 1:00 - 3:00 PM Thurmont finest Police, Fire and Rescue heroes will hold it's annual celebration to unite and educate it's community as well as strengthen it's relationship with the individuals they protect serve. S.T.O.P. ! will have brochures available for parents and children. The Child Advocacy Center of Frederick County will offer an arts and crafts project for kids teaching overall safety. Kids can visit "McGruff the Crime Dog" and jump in a moonbouce among other fun activities.
